Are they prepared to negotiate on the sale price?
Notes
Depending on the seller's situation you may be able to grab a bargain. If the car has been for sale for a long time and they really need to sell don't be afraid to offer a lower price. Also, if you find any problems during your inspections take them into account when making the offer, because fixing them post-purchase will be at a cost to you.
