Will the franchisor help me to succeed? If so, how?

Usually the successful franchises offer ongoing support by helping the business owner monitor the franchise and improve their overall operations. There are other franchisors that simply collect their fees and you are left to fend for yourself. As such, it is important to know where you stand with this company before taking on such a large commitment.
