Regardless of your frame most people have some type of stubborn belly fat. Belly fat aka Visceral/Abdominal fat can lead to serious long-term problems if not addressed early.Exercise and diet changes are the key to loosing belly fat.When exercising you need to combine aerobic with strength training, at least 30 minutes eachday is required. With your diet eat plenty of vegetables and fruit and cut back on fatty deep fried food. Also reduce your intact of red meat and eat more white meat and fish.
