What is the slope on the block?

Question
What is the slope on the block?
Notes
Builders will generally not charge additional site costs on a block with a site fall less than 300mm, any greater than that and you will be facing extra site costs. These can be expensive depending on how severe the gradient is, for example $10,000-$15,000. So it's important to be aware of this and to be in discussions with your builder before making your purchase so you don't have any hidden surprises when you come to build.
