What is the penalty for breaking the lease? Sometimes the landlord/agency require you to see out the full term of your lease, which isn't great if your circumstances change. If your landlord incurs a 30 day notice then great but if you think you might have to pay the remainder of the lease (even if you're one month in) then there is little legal recourse and you should keep this in mind when deciding to be move out.
