Are you getting any traffic to view your listing? If your house has been on the market for over a month and the interest/enquiries have been low, you need to start evaluating the reasons why. Is your description not engaging enough, are the photos not inviting, is it priced to high. This is where you will need to do investigation and comparisons with similar listings and adjust accordingly.
